I could see how my research was directly contributing to the work that Rick and Halley were doing.
Project
I identified school districts that use socioeconomic status factor in their school assignment process for greater diversity, and wrote case studies on a few of the districts to highlight successful integration models.
Reflection
I was able to structure the project on socioeconomic diversity and had the freedom to write weekly blog posts on that work. I could see how my research was directly contributing to the work that Rick and Halley were doing.
